The Process

Full comprehensive insurance Policy Number, Drivers License and claim number (we can file claim for you if needed). Must be submitted prior to pickup of vehicle.

Vehicle is cleaned then scoped in tent.

They take 3-5 business days excluding hail season (Feb-June).

Adjuster Comes

Adjuster comes to shop or customers home and approval is given by insurance. (This process normally takes 3-5 days)

Work Begins

Our goal is 12-14 days from pickup of vehicle, (max 21).

Work Completed

Vehicle repair is complete, customer can pickup at shop or have delivered to work or home. (2 year paint warranty is on delivery receipt)
